MWM – Unplugging

Learn to rest and unplug. Doing things like getting a restful night’s sleep, taking a nap and listening to your body when you are tired are so beneficial to your overall health and well-being. Most Americans are overly stressed out and high strung. We need to figuratively and literally unplug from technology sometimes to recharge and rejuvenate ourselves. These breaks can actually lead to more productivity and better results.
