MWM – Be in Nature

I just got back from an amazing trip to Tulum, Mexico. I spent all my time either on the beach or in the jungle and the energy was amazing! I can’t stress enough how rejuvenating, healing and great for your soul it is to be in Nature, to revel in her beauty and get lost in her embrace. Have you ever hiked a mountain, been in a forest or played in the ocean and feel so content and happy? That’s because you are present and connected to the Source. When we disconnect from all of the distractions in life and are present in nature, we connect with our Highest Self and can hear the answers we are seeking.

Even if you don’t have time to go on a trip, whenever you are feeling stressed out, frustrated, overwhelmed, sad, etc… do something in Nature… go to a park, go to the ocean, be in a forest or field… Truly BE in nature and it’ll instantly make you feel better. Take deep breaths and be present. Ground yourself to the Earth.
