We hear self-love and self-care being talked about all the time. They have become the new buzz words. Often times they are associated with taking baths, getting massages, pampering yourself, etc. Yes, those are different ways we can love and take care of ourselves. I love baths and massages! However, self-love is sooooo much more than that.
I wanted to highlight these 4 ways that you can cultivate deeper self-love with yourself so that you can live a thriving life in mind, body and soul.
This is Part 2 of 4 videos in this series. Each video can stand independently but makes more sense and is more effective when you practice all 4 ways.
