Often times they are associated with taking baths, getting massages, pampering yourself, etc. Yes, those are different ways we can love and take care of ourselves. I love baths and massages! However, self-love is sooooo much more than that.
I wanted to highlight these 4 ways that you can cultivate deeper self-love with yourself so that you can live a thriving life in mind, body and soul.
