MWM – Feel Through Your Emotions

I used to think that ignoring, numbing and forgetting painful emotions and trauma was the way to go. I used to fight having feelings and buried them. Now I realize the only way through the pain is to literally go through it. FEEL IT. Let it pass through you. Experience it and don’t fight it. It’s part of our humanity. When we let ourselves truly feel it, those feelings end up being released properly instead of festering inside of us.
