MWM – Start a Daily Gratitude Practice
Starting a consistent and intentional gratitude practice changed my life. It has helped me heal, change my mindset from scarcity to abundance and changed my perspective about life. I continue to start my day giving thanks to the Source and give gratitude all throughout my day. If you are ever in a rut, around bad energy, feeling blah… try hard to give gratitude. I made myself do it even when I didn’t feel it. It’s been life changing. In this video I share actionable tips on what I did to start my gratitude practice.
