How many of you have a morning routine? A few years ago, I really started to become serious about changing my habits to form better habits. I listened to podcasts and read books and articles that always talked about top entrepreneurs and people I looked up to having some sort of morning routine. So I started implementing my own. It started off with my daily gratitude practice, then I added my journal writing then I started meditating regularly. It was been a game changer! I am more focused, disciplined, calmer and in turn, that has helped me in my daily life and business. In this video, I share with you my morning routine. Most days when I am at home and have the time, I set aside about 45 minutes to 1 hour for this. When I travel, I bring a much smaller meditation book and do a condensed version.
