MWM – Having a Daily Journal
I have a set morning routine. Every since I added writing in my daily journal into it, I have been more grateful, focused and creative. It is a way for me to fully express myself. Each day is different. Some days I write poems, other days I write about something specific that I am grateful for. Sometimes I write about my dreams, business ideas, new projects, anything and everything that comes to me that morning. It is reflective and cathartic to me.
I started off with the 5 minute journal then moved into writing in a blank journal so that I can write freely and for as long as I want. I think starting off with the 5 Minute Journal to get you used to the habit is a great way to get into journaling.
